Parenting is magical, but let’s be honest—it can also feel lonely at times. That’s why I created the Find Your Squad program—a safe, supportive space where you don’t have to navigate the journey alone.
Overview
This 2-month program brings together a small, close-knit group of just 4 parents, ensuring that everyone has time to share, receive support, and gain fresh perspectives. Each week, we meet for a 1-hour coaching call, where you can bring up what’s been on your mind and work through it in a mini-coaching session. Whether you choose to actively participate or simply listen, the space is yours to use however feels right for you.
Beyond the calls, you’ll also have access to a private chat group exclusive to your squad, where you can connect, ask questions, and receive ongoing support between sessions. Plus, you’ll receive helpful resources and materials based on the topics we discuss and what you need most.
How It Works
This 2-month program includes:

The calls will take place on the same day and time each week, and you can choose your preferred group when signing up. For privacy and comfort, these calls will not be recorded.
